Implement Item Tooltips #1

In the StashViewer plugin. This is for use in the Stash and Character panes.

Should produce a result similar, if not the same, as Path of Exile's main website.

Attempted to generate tooltips using QPainter and a QPixmap, but ran into problems with layout.

There are three other options:

I'm leaning towards the last one as HTML can be finicky at times.
