Still no icon when minimized to tray #3

I'm using the latest version and when minimized to tray, it still doesn't have an icon - just blank spot you can click on. Using Windows 8.1.

(And by the way, I'm noob when it comes to Github so I have no clue whether this is the proper place to report this)
