Use gtag with partytown #148

This pull request adds Partytown to delay the fetching of the google analytics script for better performance (hopefully). Since it has the commits from #147, these commits will be ignored.

Partytown breaks the gtag, so I'll revert the PR until I'll find the solution. obraz
