You have old versions of Node JS and NPM (you use NPM v2.15.1 and Node JS v4.4.3). Can you try again with the recent ones? (I use NPM v3.7.3 and v5.9.0)

Can you provide the content of the files stored in the logs folder?

I'm running an older version of node too because of something I have installed that isn't compatible with the latest version. I can confirm that what mnowotny suggested works on node v4.4.5 though.

Would it be possible to add mkdirp as a dependency to this project to prevent this issue in the future?
