Inference pipeline should take an image and compute all the performance and information metrics.

Pipeline

Input:

[x] Myotube, Zellkerne images

Process:

[x] StarDist Predictor: Preprocess, Predict, Post-Process #16
[x] myoSAM Predictor: Preprocess, Predict, Post-Process #17

Output:
