Supporting custom rating systems is definitely something that should be implemented eventually. Use AniList as a template. All rating systems will be translated into 100 integer style.

Proposed rating systems:

3 Star/Smiley
5 Star
10 Point
20 Point
100 Point

They are supported well enough right now for me to feel comfortable closing this. More advanced styling can come later, but all the core functionality is there, save for maybe per-collection ratings (which is its own issue: #29 )
