Nsomnia / ColdWarSubSim

A indie game based on post-WWII submarine simulation. Basically Silent Hunter 6, since UbiSoft no longer supports it, and there are no modern cold war subsims. Blender is used for model work and Unreal Engine 4 is the game engine, code is mostly Blueprint and C++. DLC's and modding are confirmed features.

Model the FWD Compartment (Torpedo room) #8

Model the forward compartment, focusing on anything torpedo related. This compartment also includes the torpedo loading hatch and escape/loading trunk. Anything loaded aboard the ship whether it be food or torpedos was brought in through these two small openings on the deck. Theres lots of stairs in this section and 6 forward torpedo tubes including an air system and a system that indicates if the torpedo outer doors are open/closed and flooded/empty.

This includes the FWD crews quarters, but thats less important.

Feb 12th I updated the .blends folder to include a seperate .blend for every compartment with a small text file window open when you open the .blend indicating what compartment it is, some details about it, reference images to look at and emptys indicating the forward (FWD) and after (AFT) ends.
