C. Strategy with Ethical Impacts AND Ethical Safeguards: for the next 3 to 5 years you will create a list of OKRs w/ metrics AND also evaluate each in terms of potential ethical impacts/issues. You should have a minimum of 3 ORKs

C.1 : OKRs: key milestones/checkpoints described by OKRs (read here about OKRS w/ Examples) as it relates to the tech product/service your company will offer.

Key milestone might include being able to run a test course without issues a certain number of times and at various different speeds.

A milestone would also be on the early end something like ability to recognize what is supposed to be a part of a roadway and what was added.

OKR 1: Recognize what is part of the road

Recognize the roadway and street markings
Recognize when something is not supposed to be there and avoid it OKR 2: Safety of Passenger
Make decisions that won't but the passenger at risk
Understand when action must be taken to protect a group over an individual OKR 3: Ensure Broad Examples
Data used to train comes from a wide variety of sources and situations that give the ai an idea of conditions that are outside of the ordinary
The moral examples
