add "cll:" flag #94

"cll: goi" should output

goi (cll) = http://dag.github.io/cll/8/3/

The links to selmaho is here:

https://github.com/lojban/vlasisku/blob/master/vlasisku/data/cll.yml

Convert this to an array.

  1. Determine selmaho thru selmaho function
  2. Output 8/3 from the array and make it a url.
  3. Return
