add and changed multiple files with Dutch translation #8

Somethings are wrong here. There are "Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/master'" in here but i don't know what i did to get them there and i can't find how to get rid of them. Also the first translation added file is not there anymore, it was the wrong file as you know but the commit is still there.

I don't see any problem with merging these changes in. Though we should really get rid of the 'hello_world' string. It isn't used anywhere and there's no point in having it translated.
