Author field not showing on dataset pages #26

I think Author field used to display on Dataset pages, but now its not, post-upgrade.

If it's a DCAT field, it should display by default I think in DKAN. And if a site has changed the fields that it displays on dataset pages, those settings should be preserved when DKAN is upgraded.

In the future, next time we deploy an update, let's create an environment for preserving the state of the site before the update so we have something to compare it to.
