SPIKE: Explore tabs feature #67

Evaluate integration of https://github.com/reactjs/react-tabs or an equivalent library into React Dash.

Proof of concept would support building tabbed panes. e.g. https://reactcommunity.org/react-tabs/example/

It would be great if the tabs could be either horizontal or vertical
