Added Code of Conduct, Contributing.md (CLA), Trademark notice and Security.md file. Renamed 'LICENSE' file to 'LICENSE.txt' and changed license text.

NOTE: Still waiting on some more answers on using .NET vs Microsoft templates, so please don't review/approve this PR yet.

UPDATE: Updated the 'Contributing' and 'Code of Conduct' templates to use .NET relevant language. Other files do not need changes.
