Bump problematic NuGet packages #161

On my machine, the old versions caused strange errors, complaining of non-overridden abstract methods (at least, I think; the error was less than clear).

This PR has been superseded by another branch that contains other build-time fixes. Closing this PR; I will send in another one when it is ready. Thanks!
