I changed the nuget trends image to an icon, this PR reverts those changes and makes the image change with the Theme.
** I'm also adding a new warning color, that is not used but could be helpful given that we received feedback that warning color is too subtle. Color from: https://react.fluentui.dev/?path=/docs/theme-colors--page
