AI4W scan reports accessibility issue on packages sidebar link "MIT"

Repro Steps

Go to https://www.nuget.org/packages/, click Newtonsoft.Json,
Run AI4W FastPass
AI4W Reports error on link "MIT": Ensure links are distinguished from surrounding text in a way that does not rely on colo

Expected Behavior

AI4W FastPass shouldn't report any error.
