Describe the bug

The primary SearchQueryService and secondary SearchQueryService presented in the following feeds return different numbers of downloads. The primary SearchQueryService appears to be lagging behind. https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json

I do not know if this is the planned behavior.

Repro Steps

I compared the following two results (usnc and ussc)

• Primary SearchQueryService
  • https://azuresearch-usnc.nuget.org/query?q=packageid:System.Data.SQLite.Core
• Secondary SearchQueryService
  • https://azuresearch-ussc.nuget.org/query?q=packageid:System.Data.SQLite.Core

The following web page display is close to the secondary

• Web page
  • https://www.nuget.org/packages/System.Data.SQLite.Core

Expected Behavior

If this is the response for the intended reason, then this is not a particular problem. I created this issue because I had a question about the fact that the primary appears to return old results.
