Migrate from MyGet feed to Azure Artifacts feed.

Discovered this as part of https://github.com/NuGet/Engineering/issues/3525

@zivkan That's a good point. I created https://github.com/NuGet/docs.microsoft.com-nuget/issues/2236 to track this, we can fix this tomorrow in the docs bash :)
