isotopedatabase.txt should not be moved to plotting directory #29

Some ppn methods, such as iso_abund need isotopedatabase.txt file in directory where the method is used, and requires copying the file isotopedatabase.txt.

Fix: change code so that information from isotopedatabase.txt is read from run directory where data is.
