Disabled everything related to pre-processing files. Tests added. #66

There is something wring with pre-processing. Given the current state of the repository, I cannot confidently provide a stable fix without risking to break things. The best solution (for the moment) seems to simply disabled everything related to pre-processing. Tests have also been added.
