Don't do additional checkout of repository #1089

šŸš€ Feature Requests

Currently the repo command of NuKeeper will do a new checkout of the repository. I feel this is not needed when the current working directory is already a checkout of that repository. NuKeeper could modify the local working directory (if clean) to create the required branches. If the current working directory is not clean (contains changes), it should simply refuse to work.

(If there's a good reason for not doing this, pardon my ignorance and I'd like to understand why.)
