Added 4 new bad data points. Residuals improved between end of August and ~8 September.
Note: slight discontinuity still present at ~461.5M. We don't know what caused it or whether it's just unfortunate scatter, but its impact seems minor and we probably don't have to do anything about this instance unless particularly good timing solutions are required for observations 91001628002, 31002008002, and 31001012002 (NGC 6447, XTE J1829-098, GX 3+1 - none of these are millisecond pulsars so I think we're all right?)
