What's with the 1 ms standard errors? Can you grab down the data from the clockfile run that happened today and see if that got cleaned up at all?

Now with today's data included. No further bad points need to be added. There are still 1ms errors right at the end of the data, but it looks like some previous gaps have been filled in.
