Updated bad data points for the early August 2021 Malindi issue #45

Update to the BAD_POINTS.dat. This basically flags all of the bad Malindi samples from the end of July 2021 through early August 2021 by hand. The interpolation is currently allowed to just allowed to coast across the gap without any additional code changes, so we'll have to keep an eye on that in the future to make sure nothing wiggles in there.

As of now, the best fit look like this:

...where there are a lot of Malindi measurements off the bottom of the plot that I've removed by hand but that you can see when you run nustar_clean_clock.

Rebased and then added one final "bad" data point. Reasonable fit to the data through mid-August now.
