The clockfile seems to be pretty well-behaved right up to the present this time. While no new bad points are required for a mostly-acceptable solution, I took the opportunity to add a few more from the past couple of months to get rid of some of the wiggles we've seen. 9 bad points added, improvements to residuals seen in the 385.5M-387M, 388M-389M and 390M-392M ranges.
