There was a clock drift combined with bad Malindi passes.

Added a "jump" condition to the code (nustarclock.py update).

Also added a number of bad clock samples.

Still some glitchy stuff around 2022:156 (June 5-6, 2022)

Putting the jump point between the two available Malindi samples actually works even better.
