  1. Resolves a small problem when NaN values appeared in the residuals and made the black lines disappear
  2. Updates the list of bad clock measurements
  3. Adds text boxes close to plots

Do we have a running list somewhere of bad clock measurements? Or is that just hard coded somewhere in the files? Mostly just asking for curiosity and for cross-checking later.

It is hard-coded in the BAD_POINTS_DB.dat file at the moment, but it will need to be moved to some place more dynamic, to allow the interactive flagging of points
