Added 6 new bad points. Residuals improved between ~436.5M and 437.5M. Clockfile behaving normally. (Note unrelated to this PR: also committed changes made to requirements.txt on the NuSTAR end since it was preventing pulling in new data. Seems to have thrown up some kind of dependency warning which we may need to talk about when Brian's back.)
