[libbladeRF] Readback of firmware loopback mode is broken #280

Rob, could you also add the firmware loopback option to the CLI when closing this item?

There's no means to query the FW loopback state.

Also LMS loopback needs to be disabled when enabling FW loopback. Conversely, FW loopback needs to be disabled when entering an LMS loopback mode.
