Common log for bladeRF-cli for more verbosity never propagates to library #92

The commonality of the logging system pulls in the log.c file for both libbladeRF and bladeRF-cli. This commonality I think causes an issue with verbosity in the library since the same names are used for all the functions.

The end result is that bladeRF-cli -v verbose does not actually produce verbose output from the logging system.
