Add a button to cancel a bet.

Say someone accidentally placed too large a bet, if they wanted to cancel it before the bet closed, add a button to let them cancel it and get their money back.

Can you give this ability to the admin, not the user please.

People betting after a bet has closed is naughty but its a right faff trying to undo it
