[1.12.2] Bibliocraft custom paintings, Missing textures. #556

Hi, I have an issue with the custom paintings. Some of them work and some don't. They just come up as the black and pink missing textures block. I have looked all over the internet on how to fix It but haven't found a solution. Would be great If someone could help, Thanks. 2018-04-02_12 12 31

Are the names of your custom paintings in all lower case? that seems to be the most common cause of this issue. Uppercase naming used to work and it was only a couple versions back vanilla minecraft made the change.

Yep, all are In lower case.

I'm not sure what might be going on here. Are they in .png format? Also it might be worth trying to open one of the images that aren't loading into an image editor and resaving. Is there a lot of images you are loading? Also, is there any information in the log file?

They're all In png format. I'll try resaving them. And I only have 6 custom paintings.

Just tried resaving the images and didn't work. I'll try a few more things. Thanks for the help though :)

the little zip file that comes with the current 1.12.2 version is for some older version of minecraft, it dont work as a resource pack, unless you put the pictures inside the mod jar itself, but then it just registers the pictures as pink and black but some could be seen inside the painter press, but always come out in error
