Spontaneously rotating / disappearing shelves & armor stands #588

I'm afraid I have no idea how to reproduce this problem as I've only ever seen it happen once, and I've used lots of Bibliocraft objects without any incident. In any case, I've made a video so you can see exactly what I'm seeing:

BiblioCraft 2.4.5, Minecraft 1.12.2 and Forge 14.23.4.2718 has a similar issue. Everytime I log in or change dimensions (go to Nether and back) display blocks are all oriented to face East (record holders, bookcase, clock and tool frame), which i believe is game code for north. Unlike the referenced video, the visual effects for the inventory is still working. For most items, removing and replacing an item from the inventory resets the orientation. Uncertain if same error or new
