Compass should not show any coordinate if the gamerule "reduceDebugInfo" is set to true #613

Hello,

The compass (and any other item that show coordinate), should never show any coordinate (x, y and/or z value) if the gamerule "reduceDebugInfo" is set to true. The bottom of the GUI of the compass should be hidden and no message should be printed in the chat.

Honestly the compass showing the coords works for a lot of people because that is their aim for it, though having a config option to enable or disable that would be nice.

I don't ask to disable the coords for everyone, just if the server has "reduceDebugInfo"=true !
