To offer a little more detail, I'm experiencing this too...

The crash relates to the Extra Utils 'item search' feature, where you can mouse over an item in your inventory/JEI and press the 'T' key to find any nearby inventories that contain it. It seems that when pretty much any bibliocraft tileentity is in range of the player, we get this same AbstractMethodError, consistently every time.

Hi,

It happened to me (and world is now blocked) just after I placed a thin transfer node to insert items into a bookshelf.
