Add AsciiDoc version of the specification and reference #13

I took the liberty of rewriting the shortest document (specification and reference) to AsciiDoc. In this form it is actually possible to fix typos and I think it looks better.

However, I am not sure if the documentation license allows modification. The HTML is generated by running

$ asciidoctor specification.adoc

Note: the formatting in the .php is off, probably due to mixing tabs and spaces. It would be better to unify them in a separate commit.

I'm sorry. This PR doesn't seem suitable to this project as it pulls in data from other domain names outside of our control and the PR may not be complete and ready to review as there have been multiple changes submitted.
