Cannot load Blogger template: Error loading XML

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Zoundry Raven on an SD Card
2. Run Raven and open the Blog Template Manager.
3. Try adding one of the newer Blogger Templates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the following error:
