fix: fix "usb_conf.h" not found #54

I found that these three files has been remove at 0.3.8, but still using now. So I just copy them back.

Thanks for your careful check, it is removed intentionally, see https://github.com/Nuclei-Software/nuclei-sdk/commit/43912c1a22faeaa02220c2dea8fbc17c13735091

This code should be left in your application code, since different applications have different configuration files.
