Added an hyperlink to change the profile picture in Gravitar.
I researched a bit about integrations with api and didn't found much useful information so I opted for a simple hyperlink approach that can suit for now.
In the profile user page the user has now a preview of his profile picture
When hovering he can click a message that redirects to the page to upload a profile picture directly to Gravitar.
