update: 1.19.3 #42

Updated to 1.19.3. The only required changes have been removing chat preview (which has been removed) related mixins. These changes have been tested for ~1.5 months on an active server.

Doesn't current latest build also work? Checked it in polymer dev and it worked fine. Through it should be fine to merge for any future changes

Yeah, looks like the 1.19.2 build works as well.

Not going to release it for now, unless something breaks/new api gets added
