I know, the 1.19 branch is stale, but I need this feature in 1.19.2, and I'll also port it to 1.19.3 afterward.

This pull request adds two features:

unloading dimensions at runtime
- Uses the delete logic, but without the deletion of the actual world directory
loading dimensions from arbitrary directories
- Allows to pass a custom LevelStorage.Session to Fantasy.getOrOpenPersistentWorld()
