"(Lobby only!)" and "Floating" should be separate strings so vanilla ones could be in parts of it.

E.g.

floating + block.minecraft.black_concrete + lobby_only
block.minecraft.end_portal + lobby_only
block.minecraft.end_gateway + lobby_only

(Lobby Only!) has indeed been made its own lang entry, though many of the lobby only blocks still have the text in their own lang entries. Floating has not been made its own entry.
