Fix compile issues for ban-related commands #1617

These changes fix the compile issues in all ban-related commands. These were only caused by minor out-of-date API usages for Sponge's BanService.
I haven't run into further compile issues, and have tested this build with SpongeVanilla 8.0.0 RC705 succesfully
