WorldBorder Teleport Request #556

Having some issues with multiple worlds and the world border. Can you add a feature for the world border to teleport either back to spawn or back inside the world border?

Players will use mods and they will randomly spawn outside the border which ends up killing them instantly. A teleport would help resolve this issue.

I like to see this as well but rather then teleport them to spawn, or even letting them through it cancels the event instead. Because for some people sending them to spawn is (cheating) depending how it is.

Right now if you setup a nether portal past the world border because the silly /8 system you will die instantly but as well as generated new chunks then go to your home/spawn point. I rather just have it cancel the event period.

If someone was willing would they also add the option to prevent the teleport during the fire/check?
