Integrate /execute to costs function #574

Hi,

If I execute "/execute @a ~ ~ ~ me - fees paid." in server console nucleus tells me the users ran the command. The problem is that they do not get charged for it. If the player run it by himself, he need's to pay 5 coins like I set in the config.

Please integrate ;)

Perfect for roleplay servers ;] And yes the players does not get info ingame if the console ran /execute, this point is good btw.

Not needed anymore. The goal was to make fees possible. The current economy plugin I use (Total Economy) just did it ;)
