hi Nuculus, i think its from these plugin minecarft 1.10.2 forge-sponge latest 1.10.2 version

Hello! Sorry to butt in here, but I've noticed you're using PEX still. I'd greatly recommend you switch to LuckPerms, as PEX is no longer being updated (Since 2016). PEX is also not compatible with GriefPrevention and will cause various errors (Which I see you're also using from that error).
