Hi @Nudin, I'm Luca! I'm the Wikidata user Luca.favorido and I'm mostly active in Italian lexemes. Even now, in 2024, the lexemes world is still very disconnected from the Q-namespace. It's a pity that this tool is no longer maintained and even not active in Toolforge. It could be useful!

In these months, before getting to this repo, I developed my own sets of py scripts (based on LexData). Those scripts did pretty much the same as this tool does, but through a simple CLI tool. It was very raw, but I added thousands of senses to the Italian lexemes.

I offer myself to contribute or maintain the tool, even if it would be my first time. In case you were interested, please get in touch. Thanks :-)

Sounds great. Maybe just start improving something and when you're done with your first PR I can give you rights to deploy it?

Hello @Nudin, of course I need a small time to become more familiar with the environment, even if the app is very clear. So, maybe I'll do a couple of small PRs. Thanks! I also noticed that the deployed version is not available, I get a Gateway Timeout error: maybe the app is offline? Have a great weekend!

I now also restarted the background task, searching for new potential matches. Sadly, several of the queries time-out. I created an issue for this: #83 It's probably the most important thing to get fixed?
