I am not knowledgeable here so i can hardly help you but it’s not working on my system. I am running the script but it does nothing and i can't use the scrollwheel to cycle through hot bar in ARK (scrollwheel is not bound to anything).

Your item slots need to be bound to the number keys like default. (The script listens for mouse wheel input and sends keystroke input on the number keys) Does the window stay open? Does it say "RUNNING"? If it doesn't open at all, please run it with cmd and provide the error message it shows.
