User Account Deletion Button #2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There should be a way to delete your user account.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a Delete Account-button to the user settings. This button should have double confirmation with modals to protect users from accidental deletions.

Not sure if the button should stay at that place but leave him there for now.
