Show current duration for unfinished tasks in exports

• show the duration from start to now for tasks without an end time
• those durations should be marked inn some way (maybe a ~)
• add this duration to the days total duration in the HTML- and Markdown-exports and mark the total duration if it contains a running tasks duration
• create a setting for enabling and disabling this feature
